Rob says he is an unlikely person to be President of a company. Rob holds a Masters Degree in European ­History and says that this really doesn't come into play too often in his everyday world. If you need to know something Henry VIII, Elizabeth I or Mary Queen of Scots, just let him know.

He also has a passion for rocks--especially Italian marble coasters that's what really got him the job.

Rob really does 'Rock' at work ... his favorite thing to do when times get a little rocky in the office, is to turn up the music and make everyone climb up on their desk for a dance break. It is mandatory. How do you say NO to the prez?! "Two or three minutes of desk dancing makes everyone calm down.  The energy is lifted and we get back to work," says Rob.
