Delivery:
Because all items are hand printed by artisans to order, we will take 7-10 business days to ship your order. For all orders you can choose from standard, 2nd day or next day shipping – we ship with Fed Ex. Shipments sent via standard delivery will arrive within 3 – 5 business days from the ship date. Shipping and processing charges are calculated by weight.
Expedited Shipping: Since each order is produced to order, choosing expedited shipping only expedites the shipping of the order once produced in the standard 7-10 business days.
Standard shipping rates apply for orders to all 50 US States. For expedited orders to AK, HI and all orders shipped to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO base addresses and International locations, please call 513.362.3785 for current rates. You will not be charged for out of stock items until they are shipped – there is never a delivery charge for backordered items. We cannot ship to a PO Box – please be sure to supply your full street address.
Return Policy:
Buy with confidence; your MarbleCoasters.com order will be right the first time.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, please, first, contact us at MarbleCoasters.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This request must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Then complete the Return Form that came with your order and send it back with the item(s) to ensure a proper merchandise credit. Then pack the item(s) securely in the original box or shipping carton and send it to the address listed on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return we will refund your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to 15 Business Days for refunds to be processed. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in original boxes with your receipt.
Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact MarbleCoasters.com customer service. Damages must be reported within 30 days.
There are NO returns on Personalized items unless the Personalization is incorrect due to MarbleCoasters.com error.

Prices and Sales Tax
All prices are guaranteed through Dec. 31, 2009. We are required to collect Sales Tax in OH. OH also requires tax on all delivery charges.
